PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crawler tension adjustment device for a crawler traveling vehicle which automatically and optimally adjusts the tension of a crawler depending on a state of the vehicle traveling. SOLUTION: The crawler tension adjustment device 20 arranged at left and right sides comprises a tension adjustment cylinder 21 operating in the same condition in both of advancing and retracting directions, a motor drive hydraulic pump 25, and a direction control valve 26 arranged in a hydraulic circuit for connecting the motor drive hydraulic pump 25 to the tension adjustment cylinder 21. An operation state detecting means for detecting a state of the tension adjustment cylinder 21 operating is provided in the hydraulic circuit. This crawler tension adjustment device 20 identifies a signal issued by the operation state detecting means, by controllers 30 provided on both sides of the working vehicle, avoids tension error by retracting the tension adjustment cylinder 21 when a pressure state is determined to be above a preset value, makes a determination based on a preset value in accordance with a traveling direction of the vehicle when the pressure state is determined to be a steady value, and optimally adjusts the tension of the crawler by controlling the operation of the tension adjustment cylinder 21.
