PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To spray a treating agent almost evenly even when the relative moving speed of a car washer body to a vehicle is changed in a car washer conducting treatment using a treating agent by relatively moving the car washer body with treating agent spray nozzles to a vehicle to be washed. SOLUTION: The nozzles 391, 392, 393, 394 spraying the treating agent such as a water repellent agent are provided in the car washer body running on a car washer setup surface. The discharge rate of the treating agent per unit of time is supplied from a treating agent tank T by prescribed tube pumps Pt1, Pt2. In mixing parts U1, U2, etc. provided in the nozzles 391, 392, etc. the treating agent is mixed and diluted with water supplied from a water supply pump P, and then sprayed to the vehicle body surface from the nozzles 391, 392, etc. The tube pumps Pt1, Pt2 are driven only in a fixed period of time every time the car washer body moves by a fixed distance.
