The invention relates to a device for separating drinks bottles (1), delivered batchwise by a transporter (5), which have a collar (3) under a thread (4) serving to accept screwcaps, comprising a disc (8), driven about a vertical axis (9), surrounded in a circumferential region beginning at the end of the transporter, by an external rail (16), supporting the collars and with a friction edge (10), embodied for frictional engagement with the neck region of the bottles (1). The bottles are transferred at the end of the circumferential region to pockets (19) around the circumference of a wheel (17) in a machine partition. The device is characterised in that an inner rail (16', 26) is arranged at a separation of the diameter of the neck radially within the outer rail (16) and at the height thereof and the friction edge (10) is arranged at a vertical separation above the inner rail (16', 26) at the height of the thread (4) on the bottles (1). |
