<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide unit in which wiring for introducing electricity or loading of a battery is not required but electric power is obtained manually by a spectator oneself and a voice guide is generated upon ending manual operation. <P>SOLUTION: The guide unit comprises a generator utilizing a force stored in the form of mechanical energy by rotating a handle, and a recorder/reproducer operating with electric power generated from the generator. In order to store the force in the form of mechanical energy, the generator is provided with a winding drum coaxially with the handle and in parallel with a rewinding drum around which a spring is wound. Between the shaft of any one of the winding drum or the rewinding drum and the generator, a speed changer for converting rotation of the shaft into high speed rotation and a one-way rotation connecting clutch for transmitting only returning rotation of the shaft to the speed changer are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
