<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereoscopic camera capable of attaining power saving. <P>SOLUTION: In the stereoscopic camera wherein first and second imaging systems 88A and 88B respectively including optical units 13A, 13B for forming an image of each object image respectively acquire image signals denoting the object image and a stereoscopic image signal processing section 23 composes the image signals to photograph the stereoscopic image, when an optical zoom magnification is revised, only a zoom motor 53A for revising the optical zoom magnification of the first imaging system 88A is driven. When the revision is finished, a zoom motor 53B for revising the optical zoom magnification of the second imaging system 88B is driven so that the optical zoom magnification of the second imaging system 88B is coincident with the final optical zoom magnification by the zoom motor 53A. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
