<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture content measuring device which enables anyone to easily measure an in vivo moisture content which becomes indicating data for judging the degree of aging without generating a large fluctuation in the measured result. <P>SOLUTION: An average body fat rate calculating means 43 calculates a provisional value of a body fat rate according to a measured result of a living body impedance and personal information including the body weight input by a user, obtains a new body fat rate according to the provisional value of the body fat rate the past measured data of the average body fat rate, and outputs it as the measured result of the final body fat rate. An approximate value calculating means 44 calculates a removed fat body weight according to the obtained body fat rate and the body weight, multiplies the removed fat weight the average statistic value of the ratio of the in vivo moisture quantity relative to the above removed fat body weight to calculate the in vivo moisture quantity, and further obtains the in vivo moisture rate according to the in vivo moisture quantity and the body weight.
