<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a tee exclusive for a ribbed pipe for a sewage, and to provide the tee with the same rigidity and strength as those of the ribbed pipe. <P>SOLUTION: In production of the tee, the ribbed pipe for the sewage is cut to obtain an original pipe, which is then blow-molded in a mold to form an inflow port 2 and an outflow port 3. After cooling the blow-molded pipe, a large opening 10 is cut away at an intermediate location thereof, and the pipe is laid in the mold again as a cavity. Then a rubber tube having an original vinyl chloride short pipe sheathed thereon is clamped in the mold, and when pressurized air is blown into the rubber tube, a branch port 4 of the vinyl chloride original pipe of the tee 1 is drawn from the opening 10, and the tee 1 formed by integrating the ribbed pipe and the vinyl chloride pipe is produced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
