摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiation design method for an electronic apparatus for maximally surely preventing temperature of a casing and an electronic component from increasing above their allowable temperatures. <P>SOLUTION: This heat radiation design method comprises a setting process for setting a radiation ratio of an inside face part of the casing and a heat radiation area of the electronic component, a temperature analysis process for finding temperature of the electronic component and the casing by radiation analysis, a temperature excess detection process detecting whether the temperature of the electronic component exceeds its allowable temperature or not and the temperature of the casing exceeds its allowable temperature or not, and a temperature reduction processing process for changing settings of the radiation ratio of the inside face part of the casing and the heat radiation area of the electronic component in the electronic component and the casing above their allowable temperatures. Until the temperature of the electronic component is reduced below its allowable temperature while the temperature of the casing is reduced below its allowable temperature, the temperature analysis process, the temperature excess detection process, and the temperature reduction processing process are repeated, and then, the radiation ratio of the inside face part of the casing and the heat radiation area of the electronic component are decided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p>
