PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mitigate a load concerning communication processing of a camera and accessories. SOLUTION: In the camera accessories 1 attachable to a camera 10, there are provided a communication circuit 8 for performing communication with the camera, an accessory data storage means 7b in which data is stored concerning the camera accessories, a communication control means 7a which reads out one or more data corresponding to a transmission demanding command of the data transmitted from the camera through the communication circuit among the data stored in the accessory data storage means and which then transmits the data to the camera through the communication circuit, and a plurality of registers for temporarily storing the data to be transmitted to the camera. The communication control means, in the case where a plurality of data exist corresponding to the transmission demanding command, makes such data stored in the plurality of registers store by each data and then performs transmission to the camera.
