PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device provided with a processor, which uses a read only memory and a rewritable memory as instruction memories for rewriting a module of an instruction stored in the rewritable memory, and capable of reducing a storage capacity of the read only memory without increasing that of the rewritable memory. SOLUTION: An initialization instruction string group 700 of divided initialization instruction is stored in a first instruction storage means 100, and in initialization, initialization instruction strings are sequentially transferred from the first instruction storage means 100 to a third instruction storage means 300 to be executed by the processor 400. In this way, without increasing the storage capacity of the third instruction storage means 300 serving as the rewritable memory, the initialization instruction can be stored in the first instruction storage means 100 serving as an external memory, and the storage capacity of the second instruction storage means 200 serving as the read only memory can be reduced.
