PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent oilproof paper conbinedly having an oil absorption property, a water absorption property and air permeability and exhibiting sufficient oil resistance, as a packaging material free from fear oozing out oil to the outside even in heated state when an oily food is housed and not causing attachment of droplets, etc. SOLUTION: The oilproof paper is composed of a multilayer obtained by alternately laminating a pulp fiber layer mainly consisting of a pulp fiber to a resin fiber layer mainly consisting of a resin fiber and forming a plurality of laminated layers.
