PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify braking work during braking a wing panel without using the energizing force of an elastic member or the like. SOLUTION: This braking member is provided with a rotation regulating member 16 for regulating the rotation of a rotating member 7 in the outward direction (or downward direction) relative to cargo room outward direction (outside with regard with a cargo room) of the guides 12a, 13a in the supporting member 7 by fixing a supporting member 12 formed with guides 13a, 14a in the vertical direction on a gate panel 3, movably (slidably) fitting a rotating member shaft member 7a to the guides 13a, 14a, and by rotatably (rotatably vertically) supporting the rotating member through the shaft member 7a.
