A combustion chamber burns gas/mineral oil. Hot gases from the combustion chamber flow into a heating boiler (12) linked to a chimney (18) and to hot water forward (20) and return (22) motion. The combustion chamber is fed with combustion air via an air intake opening so as to burn an energy carrier. Between the air intake opening and the heating boiler there is a gas turbine system with direct-flow hot gases to generate electricity. An independent claim is also included for a modular unit for a heating facility to include a combustion chamber, a generator, a gas turbine and an air intake pipe.
