<p>A thermoelectric converter is disclosed which comprises a p-type thermoelectric material composed of a CoO2 composite oxide represented by a certain general formula, and an n-type thermoelectric material composed of a composite oxide having a perovskite crystal structure or a lamellar perovskite crystal structure represented by a certain general formula. A thermoelectric conversion module is also disclosed wherein a plurality of such thermoelectric converters are joined together. The thermoelectric converter has high conversion efficiency and good conductivity, and is excellent in thermal stability and chemical durability.</p> |
