FIELD: petroleum industry; production of vortex separators. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a vortex separator and is dealt with the field of petroleum industry, in particular with preparation of the casing-head gas for drying. The vortex separator contains a lengthy nozzle inlet, a chamber of swirling, a conical trap for condensate located directly at the nozzle inlet and an outlet radial diffuser. Along the axis of the separator coaxially to the chamber of swirling there is a heat-exchange pipe for preliminary cooling of the gas and condensation of vapors. The separator may have an additional diffuser mounted in symmetry with the first one. The separator provides a high degree of condensation of vapors at the expense of the gas preliminary cooling and increasing its ratio of expansion. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures a high degree of condensation of vapors at the expense of the gas preliminary cooling and increasing its ratio of expansion. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg |
