<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment apparatus which can simplify an operation when a therapeutic applicator and an observation means such as an MR apparatus are used simultaneously and is free from the possibility that the difficulty in seeing an observation image by the observation means arises during the use of the therapeutic applicator. <P>SOLUTION: A control part 48 determines an operating status of the MR apparatus 3 depending on directions from a control part 6 of the MR apparatus.
