DYNAMIC IMAGE DECODING APPARATUS

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a prediction efficiency of a color difference component and improve an encoding efficiency in the encoding between different field images.

SOLUTION: When the prediction between the fields with different parities is conducted, a generating method of a moving vector of the color difference component is adaptably switched according to the parities of the fields of a reference origin and a reference end.
