<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor unit of an air-conditioner having a movable front panel and excellent design property. <P>SOLUTION: The indoor unit comprises a front panel 6 which is moved in the longitudinal direction to open/close an air inlet 4, and wind-direction vanes 9 which open/close an air outlet 7 arranged below the air inlet 4 and is turned to change the direction of supplied air. A lower end 6a of the front panel 6 and an upper end 9a of the wind-direction vanes 9 are adjacent to each other when the operation is stopped, and the design property of a body 1 is improved thereby. According to the air-conditioner, the design property of the front side of the body is improved, and the air-conditioner can be operated smoothly without interference of each motion of the front panel and the wind-direction vanes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
