PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure resistant vibration absorption hose having excellent resistance against gas permeability in addition to withstand pressure performance and vibration absorption performance and capable of shortening hose length.

SOLUTION: Reinforcing yarns are knitted on the outer face of a cylindrical inner side rubber layer 16 having a bellows part 12 along a bellows shape to laminate a reinforced layer 18 having a shape corresponding to the bellows shape. A resin film 15 is laminated and formed by thickness of 50 to 200μm by electrostatic coating on an inner face or an outer face of the inner side rubber layer 16 and an inner side of the reinforced layer 18.
