<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an overhanging slide-cut edge in the mouth of a drawn/blow molded plastic wide-mouthed container to slide cut an excess portion of a content for sure, and make the slide-cut edge available for attaching an unused measuring spoon or the like. <P>SOLUTION: According to the container, a thin-walled trunk and a bottom are formed in continuous with the wide mouth by drawing/blow molding. The lower wall of the mouth near the trunk is partially recessed in a lateral extension to form the overhanging slide-cut edge in the mouth.
