PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium which has excellent lustrous (luster) appearance despite its non-mirror surface on at least one side.

SOLUTION: In the information recording medium comprising a core base material and at least one piece of laminated film for electrophotography joinedly superposed on the core base material, (1) the Vicat softening point of a top surface layer at least within the range of thickness of 1μm from the top surface of at least one side of the information recording medium is 70 to 130°C; (2) the smoothness of the top surface is not more than 550"; and (3) the glossiness of the top surface is not less than 65%.
