PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, when respective adjacent color conversion layer patterns are overlapped on each other, not only production stability is lacking, but also there is a fear of optical crosstalk, and on the contrary, when the patterns are widened apart, performance improvement such as higher brightness and higher definition is hindered due to lowering of a pixel open area ratio.
SOLUTION: In a color conversion filter with a structure of sequentially forming at least color conversion layers on a part or whole face of a transparent base plate for absorbing at least a part of a light with which it is irradiated to convert it into a given low-energy light and emit it outside the transparent base plate, respective adjacent color conversion patterns are formed spatially separated from each other.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
|
