PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera device, a photographing method and a program for obtaining an image in which only the background is out of focus regardless of the distance relationship between an object and the background. SOLUTION: The object is positioned in the center of the angle of field and shooting operations are performed. Four images G1-G4 are shot in sequence in a focus position which is moved by a predetermined distance from the just-in-focus position in the direction of the closer view. A partial image in a central region g1 is cut out from the first image G1 in focus and partial images in an inner surrounding region g2, an outer surrounding region g3 and an outermost surrounding region g4 which surround the central region g1 one after another are cut out respectively from the second to fourth images G2-G4. A single image G5 is made by combining the partial images which are cut out and the combined image G5 is recorded. In this way, an image in which an object is in focus and the background is increasingly out of focus from the proximity of the object in the direction away can be photographed.
