PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder and the combination of the holder and a dispenser package for surely fixing the package and for easily taking out a towel stored in the package one by one. SOLUTION: This combination body is provided with a body comprising a sheet material with an opening and a dispenser package 40 having a cap assembly 46 mounted on the sheet material surrounding the opening and provided with a flange 52. A holder 20, which is also provided, has a front wall 26 with a window hole 32 extending on an inner face, an outer face and between the inner face and the outer face. The dispenser package 40 is inserted in the holder 20 so that a part of the assembly 46 goes through the hole 32 of the front wall 26 in a condition where the sheet material faces the inner face of the holder 20 and the flange 52 faces the outer face of the holder 20.
