PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent speaker used in various acoustic devices capable of realizing stabilized quality by improving the bonding reliability between a cone and an edge of a diaphragm. SOLUTION: The shape of an outer circumferential part of the cone 27a of the diaphragm is shaped so as to be capable of extending the contact area with the edge, and an edge material is insert-molded and coupled to the cone 27a of the diaphragm to configure the outer circumferential part. Thus, the entanglement with the edge material after the insert-molding is strengthened to configure the outer circumferential part of the diaphragm so that no fallen off of the diaphragm takes place. Thus, prevention of falling-off of the cone 27a from the edge of the diaphragm, reduction in the resonance distribution, and cost reduction which have been required to be solved can be attained.
