PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a case for electronic equipment in which resources can be saved by reducing the number of screws and the assembly work can be simplified by reducing manhours. SOLUTION: In the case 1 consisting of a chassis 2 and a cover 3, the erected part 211 of the bottom plate 21 of the chassis 2 has a 1st projected piece 212, a rear plate 22 has a 2nd projected piece 221, a front plate 32 of the cover 3 has a 3rd projected piece 322 and a 5th projected piece 323, and a rear plate 33 has a fourth projected piece 332. The 3rd projected piece 322 is inserted into a through hole 213 of the erected part 211, the base board 41 is held between the 3rd projected piece and the 2nd projected piece and combined with them by a screw 62, the base board 41 is held between the 5th projected piece and the 1st projected piece, and a louvered piece 320 formed on the 3rd projected piece is abutted on the erected part 211 from the inside in the inserted state of the 3rd projected piece into the through hole 213.
