PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate work for opening/closing a lower cover 40, to lower the cost of a die by simplifying a structure and reducing the size of the die, and to prevent an increase in the cost of a product utilizing that die. SOLUTION: A first pin 44 is projected from a corner on the inner surface of each sidewall 42 of a lower cover 40 and provided with a hinge 50 having a bearing 51 becoming a pivot shaft on the lower cover 40 side of an upper cover 30 so that the opening of a body case 20 can be opened/closed. Furthermore, a second pin 52 is projected from the outer surface of the hinge 50, and a first stopper 45a riding over the second pin 52 in the closed state of the lower cover to lock the lower cover 40 and a second stopper 45b riding over the second pin 52 in the fully opened state of the lower cover 40 to lock the lower cover 40 are projected from the inner surface of the sidewall of the lower cover.
