PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability by increasing an effective pressing operation stroke, in relation to an electric capacitance type input device. SOLUTION: On a board 111 with fixed electrodes 112-1 to 112-4 formed, a dome-like contact member 120 is fixed and an annular plate like conductive rubber member 130 is disposed. An annular plate part 134 of the rubber member 130 is faced to the fixed electrodes 112-1 to 112-4. The rubber member 130 has a ring-like rib 136 at a position on the center side relative to the plate part 134, and the ring-like rib 136 is faced to a peripheral part of the contact member 120. When a pressing operation is carried out, the ring-like rib 136 contacts the contact member 120 to set the rubber member 130 at the ground potential, and electric capacitance is formed between the fixed electrodes 112-1 to 112-4 and the plate part 134.
