摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To photograph an object on which an arbitrary character row is written and to obtain information based on the character row by using a portable terminal incorporating an image pickup element. SOLUTION: A portable terminal enables an operator to easily select an object character row by displaying a character row extraction process at a display part of the terminal as desired and by rendering the image to be inputted to recognition processing with a high resolution, and raises the character recognition precision by realizing high resolution.
