PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an angle detection precision by measuring the angles of slits of an initial disk, detecting errors, performing correction through the use of the errors, and manufacturing a disk after the correction. SOLUTION: In the encoder disk manufacturing method of this invention, the errors of each slit of the initial disk (5) manufactured on the basis of disk manufacturing data (4) of a CAD/CAM system (1) are measured by an angle calibration tester (8), and the post-correction disk (14) is manufactured on the basis of post-correction disk manufacturing data (13) corrected through the use of the errors.
