PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectrophotometer that can be miniaturized by reducing the diameter of the rotating disk of a spectral section having an optical filter. SOLUTION: The spectral section 5 for dispersing reflection light, where light from a light source 1 is reflected by a measurement region, into light having a plurality of wavelengths by the optical filter comprises a first optical filter rotating disk 51 that can be rotated; and a second optical filter rotating disk 52 that can be rotated. Then, an arbitrary number of optical filters F<SB>i</SB>, F<SB>j</SB>are arranged at the first optical filter rotating disk 51 and the second optical filter rotating disk 52. Additionally, transmission windows H<SB>1</SB>, H<SB>2</SB>for transmitting light as it is are arranged, In the first optical filter rotating disk 51 and the second optical filter rotating disk 52, the optical filter of one rotating disk and the transmission window of other rotating disks are arranged in a file so that reflection light is overlapped onto an optical path reaching a light receiving sensor 4.
