MODIFIER FOR THERMOPLASTIC RESIN AND THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITION AND MOLDED PRODUCT USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modifier for a thermoplastic resin which shows high handleability and dispersibility of polytetrafluoroethylene and imparts an excellent flame retardance and appearance of a molded product when added to the thermoplastic resin, and a thermoplastic resin composition using the same. SOLUTION: The modifier for the thermoplastic resin is produced by adding 0.01-10 pts.mass inorganic additive and/or organic rigid polymer to 100 pts.mass polymer containing polytetrafluoroethylene. Here, the polymer comprises polytetrafluoroethylene and an alkyl (meth)acrylate polymer produced by copolymerizing a monomer component containing 50-90 mass% alkyl methacrylate having a 1-4C alkyl group and 50-10 mass% alkyl acrylate having a 1-4C alkyl group.
