PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin microcapsule which can give a cosmetic having a more excellent touch than those of conventional cosmetics. SOLUTION: This pH-sensitive dissolvable microcapsule is characterized by encapsulating one or more ingredients selected from perfumes, deodorants, plant extracts, UV light-screening agents, antioxidants, vitamins, antiperspirants, sunscreens, cooling agents, warming agents, colorants, sterilizers, antipruritic medicines, trichogenous agents, moisturizing agents, oiling agents, and the like as, an active ingredient, and / or powder with a resin which can be collapsed by the change of pH.
