PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting device for an apparatus capable of easily and simply moving the apparatus such as a projector or the like while the apparatus is being mounted to the support rod. SOLUTION: In the mounting device for the apparatus, an inner pipe is pulled up along an outer pipe by slidably inserting the inner pipe into the inner side of the outer pipe capable of mounting the apparatus, hanging a pull-up wire by being turned on an outer pipe pulley mounted on the upper part of the outer pipe, locking the upper end side of the pull-up wire to the inner pipe, and drawing the lower end side to the lower side of the inner pipe when fixing the outer pipe to the external support body and pulling down the pull-up wire. The outer pipe is pushed up along the inner pipe by hanging the push-up wire by being turned on an inner pipe pulley mounted on the upper part of the inner pipe, locking the upper end side of the push-up wire to the outer pipe, and drawing the lower end side to the lower side of the inner pipe through the inner side of the inner pipe when fixing the inner pipe to the external support body and pulling down the push-up wire.
