PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein washing solution staying in a nozzle is frozen. SOLUTION: This cleaner device is provided with an opening part 28 and a light transmitting part 29 of a light irradiation means 27 for radiating light L from a headlight 2 to the nozzle 11 when a cleaner is not used. As a result, the freezing of the washing liquid 4 staying in the nozzle 11 is prevented by heat of the light from a light source 5. Especially in the case of using water in the washing solution 4 instead of non-freezing solution, the freezing of the washing solution 4 staying in the nozzle 11 is prevented.
