PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel transfer device which can be operated quickly in a short transfer distance and can take a versatile motion curve for each press station. SOLUTION: The panel transfer device 33 comprises a cross bar 21 to grip the panel, a pair of arms 22, 22 connected to both ends of the cross bar 21, swing mechanisms 23 to swing the arms 22, 22, driving mechanisms 24 to change positions of the swing mechanisms 23 and rotation mechanisms 25 to rotate the cross bar 21 around the center of the shaft.
