PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deformation caused by a caulking process from affecting the shape keeping surface required to maintain the shape. SOLUTION: A shape maintaining part 11 having a shape holding surface 11a required to maintain the shape, a caulking part 12 to perform caulking, and a groove part 13 which is formed between the caulking part 12 and the shape maintaining part 11 to prevent deformation of the shape maintaining surface 11a are provided on an end part of a caulking member 10 to be caulked and fixed to a counter member 20, and a part of the caulking part 12 is bent to the counter member 20 side and caulked and fixed thereto.
