PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively discharge water drops remaining at the inside by imparting impact to a container 10 conveyed with a handstand in a rotary type rinser. SOLUTION: Grippers 4 are provided on an outer peripheral part of a rotation body 2 at a circumferential equal gap and the container 10 is gripped and conveyed. After the gripper 4 receives the container 10 fed from the outside, an engagement part 26 of the gripper is guided and turned over by a guide rail 24 to make it to the handstand state. A washing liquid is sprayed from a lower washing nozzle 12 into the container 10 conveyed with a handstand in a washing section B and the washing liquid is discharged by conveying the container 10 in the handstand state in a dripping section C. After a cam 28 is provided in the dripping section C and the gripper 4 gripping the container is upwardly inclined, it is rapidly returned and the engagement part 26 of the gripper 4 is made to collide to the guide rail 24B, i.e. a stopper.
