PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner which can efficiently vacuum hair, waste thread, and the like attached on a carpet, or the like. SOLUTION: This vacuum cleaner is equipped with a suction tool 1 for floor housing a rotary brush 4 facing a suction port 3 inside a suction tool case 2 having the suction port 3 on the lower surface. The suction tool 1 for floor is constituted by winding a sheet 13 around the rotary brush 4.
