<p>The sole (4) of the boot (2) is provided with a swivel mounted segment located between the first and the second axle which can be operated by a movement of the toes. The segment is pressed against an elastic element positioned in a cylindrical space underneath, acting on a cylinder with a cylindrical brake pad removable attached to its lower end. When the pressure is released the sole segment is returned automatically into its prior position.</p> |
