The invention relates to an automatic urine disposal device comprising a urine collecting pad (1), a vacuum pump (24), and a urine tank (15). In the urine collecting pad (1), the top sheet comes in contact with the wearer's skin. A hydrophilic sheet (3) is disposed on the bottom of the top sheet (2), and the urine absorbent sheet (4) is disposed at the bottom side. When discharged urine flows in the top sheet (2), the hydrophilic sheet (3) widely diffuses urine to saturate its entire surface and then becomes non-breathable. As the vacuum pump (24) evacuates the air from the urine tank (15), urine is directed from a urine drainage port (7) of the urine collecting pad via a urine drainage tube (8) to the urine tank (15) which is a sealed container. <IMAGE>
