[Also in Divisions E1 and E2] A channel for receiving electric conduit constitutes a gutter-shaped member 3 provided with a cover 15 and magnetic attachment means 14 therefor. The member 3 is subdivided by a partition 6 adapted to receive a socket 20 and is adjustably mounted in a wall by screws 27 engaging brackets 29 bolted to a flanged extension of the member 3. The member 3 carries magnetic strips 14 whilst the cover 15 is of iron plate with a covering sheet 16 of plastics. A three or more compartmerital unit may be built up from sections interconnected by partition elements for details of which and other minor modifications, Fig. 2 (not shown), and the Specification should be referred to.</p> |
