<p>Unit for fashioning dough lumps into long cylindrical loaves of uniform cross-section has a dough-loading station, after which the dough is formed into a cake of regular thickness, a rolling-up station where the cake is rolled up upon itself and a lengthening table where the rollers cake is lengthened without stretching. The plant offers a high output rate of long loaves without the previous difficulties of twisted ends, enlarged middles, loaves sticking together and problems with a unduly damp felt band on the lengthening table.</p> |
