PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more accurately diagnose the corrosion of an electric wire by running a data collection means being fitted to the electric wire for successively acquiring a physical quantity for judgment of the corrosion state of the electric wire and then judging the corrosion state of the electric wire based on it. SOLUTION: An eddy flow flaw detection part 1 of a live wire data collection robot A detects an eddy current being generated on the surface of an electric wire B as the change in impedance, and a temperature detection part 2 and a current detection part 3 detect the surface temperature of the electric wire B ad a transmission current being energized at the electric wire B, respectively. Then, a detection part for detecting the physical quantities (eddy current, surface temperature, and conduction current) of the electric wire B is composed. In the detection part, a detection part opening/closing mechanism 5 is opened to mount the live wire data collection robot A to the electric wire B, and the detection part opposes the electric wire B in open state to detect the physical quantities. After mounting, the robot A drives along the electric wire B due to the rotary drive of a driving roller 4, collects the driving position and the physical quantities at each specific distance, and a data collection part stores them to judge the corrosion state of the electric wire B.
|
