<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability for opening an equipment cover from the equipment main body. SOLUTION: This electronic equipment is provided with an equipment main body, an openable/closeable equipment cover, a first latch member formed at the equipment cover and equipped with a latch safety lug and a first latch spring for adding an elastic force to the first latch member, a second latch member formed at the equipment cover and equipped with a latch safety lug and a second latch spring for adding an elastic force to the second latch member, a first receiving member formed at the equipment main body with which the latch safety lug of the first latch member is engaged, and a second receiving member formed at the equipment main body to which the latch safety lug of the second latch member is engaged. The latch safety lug of the second latch member is shaped so as to be released from the second receiving member with a smaller force than that of the latch safety lug of the first latch member when a force is added to the equipment cover set at the closing position to the opening direction.</p> |
