PURPOSE: A damage prevention structure of a cellular phone is provided to form an interval between a locking hook of a locker button and a hook of a battery cover so as to be bigger than or equal to an interval between a battery and a rib of a front cover or an interval between the battery and an inner side of the battery cover, thereby minimizing a load transmitted to the locking hook and the hook while preventing the locking hook or the rib from being damaged. CONSTITUTION: In case an interval between a battery and an inner side of a battery cover(4) or an interval between the battery and a rib of a front cover is formed smaller than an interval(W1) between a locking hook(5B) of a locker button and a hook of the battery cover(4), the battery and the battery cover(4) are first contacted with each other, or the rib of the front cover is first contacted with the battery before the locking hook(5B) of the locker button is contacted with the hook of the battery cover(4), in order to distribute a load to be applied to the locking hook(5B).
