PURPOSE: A ceramic pressure rice cooker is provided to secure pressure inside the rice cooker by forming a recessed curved part to the inside of a lid of the ricer cooker, a prominent curved part to the inner center, and plural holes to the prominent curved part and to make the boiled rice properly glutinous. CONSTITUTION: A ceramic pressure rice cooker comprises a rice cooker body(1) and a lid(2). An inner horizontal rib(12) with a width of 10¯15mm is formed to the lower inside of 10¯15mm of an upper rib(11) of the rice cooker body. An upper empty extension part(21) is formed to the central inside of the lid to a height of 4¯10cm. A recessed curved part is formed to the inside of the lid. A prominent curved part is formed to the inner center of the lid. A central hole and a side hole are formed in the prominent curved part. A stopper bead is situated to the upper part of the central hole. A heat-resisting silicon rubber ring is inserted in the lower edge of the lid.
