PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for producing ionized water by underwater plasma discharge, the apparatus comprising an underwater discharge unit in a container so that water is in the underwater plasma ion state by an underwater discharge function to sterilize germs and bacteria in water through anions generated in the plasma ion state and produce sterilized ionized water. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus(100) for producing ionized water by underwater plasma discharge comprises: a container(110) in which water is contained; an underwater plasma ion part(120) for making water contained in the container into the plasma ion state through an underwater discharge function; and a power supply control part(130) for controlling supply of a power source required for action of the underwater plasma ion part, wherein the underwater plasma ion part comprises: an underwater discharger(122) which generates underwater discharge according to supply of the power source, and which is fixed to the inner bottom surface of the underwater plasma ion part and equipped with a sensor for sensing water; a connector for fixing the underwater discharger; and a connection terminal(124) projectingly formed on a lower bottom surface of the connector to provide a path for power supply supplied from the power supply control part, and wherein the power supply control part comprises a connection part, a switching part, a power supply part, a control part, a bell output part and a sensing part. |
