PURPOSE: A propshaft assembly having a damper is provided to secure unique function of a propshaft insertion member regardless of the change of temperature or humidity, to easily install in the propshaft, and to keep a proper fitting state. CONSTITUTION: A propshaft assembly having a damper is composed of an insertion member(250) having front and rear end portions(254,258) and a second end having a second slot(256) passing through the second end. The front end portion has a first slot(252) passing through the front end portion. The first slot is overlapped partially with the second slot. Distance(264) of a gap between the first and second slots is shorter than a half of the circumference of the insertion member. The length of the insertion member is 20 times as long as the distance of the gap.
