PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for managing information of a digit row based on a television are provided to check and display whether a row of stored numerical combination equals to that of winned numerical combination by storing a row of numerical combination selected from displayed rows thereof and comparing the stored numerical combination with the winned numerical combination. CONSTITUTION: When a lottery menu is selected through a television remote controller, menu screens(400-415) are displayed. A drawing date and the number of purchase are selected. A row of numerical combination is generated and displayed so as to be recommended to a user. The row of numerical combination selected from displayed rows thereof is stored with information about the drawing date. The stored row of numerical combination and the information about the drawing date are accessed and displayed in response to a request of the user.
